I spent hours working with a show room in Albany NY. I just happenned upon Quality Bath's web site when I was checking a specific bath item. I decided to call and spoke with one of the most knowledgable and helpful sales peolpe that I have ever dealt with.She was enthusiastic in her approach and offerred suggestions about optional products that I had not cnsidered. She went out of her way to make a call to one of the manufacturers to check on a technical issue on a whirlpool tub that I was looking at. I thought that I had received reasonably competitive pricing with the local distributor, however Quality Bath was able to save me close to $1000 on a $7000 order. This additinal 15% savings was a real bonus. I will not hesitate to highly recommed dealing with Quality, given the opportunity I certainly will again. Their name speaks for itself.
