Contest Dates: September 4, 2008 - October 31, 2008

Eligibility:

If you have purchased one or more products from Quality Bath and have successfully installed them in your home, then you are eligible for a $500 Gift Certificate to Quality Bath.

Rules:

1. Quality Bath reserves the right to decide which category the image will be entered. (Kitchen or Bath)
2. Products must be completely installed and construction or redesign must be finished.
3. Picture must contain the product that was purchased from Quality Bath.
4. More than one product/image may be entered into the contest.
5. Image does not have to be just of the product- Can be of entire room - but must contain the product.
6. Contest runs from September 4, 2008 to October 31, 2008.
7. Images must be emailed to: images@qualitybath.com
8. Acceptable image formats are: .jpg and .gif
9. Entrants must declare when emailing their images their "OrderID" that was provided in the initial email to them by Quality Bath.
10. Once entrant submitts an image, Quality Bath owns the rights to the image.

Prizes:

1. (1) Grand Prize of $500 Gift Certificate to Quality Bath - Winner will be chosen chosen from either the Kitchen or the Bath category.
2. (2) Runner Up Prizes of $100 Gift Certificates to Quality Bath - One winner will be chosen from both the Kitchen and the Bath category.
3. (2) Third Place winners will each receive a Quality Bath Robe- One winner will be chosen from both the Kitchen and the Bath category.

Judging:

1. Judging will be done by Quality Bath employees who will vote on the winners for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
2. Judging criteria will be based on:
1. Is the entrant a past Quality Bath customer?
2. Does the image contain an item that a past customer bought from Quality Bath?
3. Is the construction or re-modele complete?
4. Use of space.
5. Overall design and look of the room.
3. Judging will take place on November 3, 2008
4. Winners will be announced on November 4, 2008.
5. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
