Excellent Customer Service and Fast Delivery
My wife and I are building our "dream house" and we both wanted a beautiful Houzer sink for the kitchen. We ordered one at a "big box" store but were later told that they couldn't get it for 2 weeks later than they promised. We needed it before they could get it for us, so we cancelled the order and I frantically looked online for another source. I came upon Qualitybath.com and are we glad I did. Sink was ordered 9 PM Halloween night. The next day, when I discovered that Quality Bath and Houzer were both located in coastal NJ, I called to check on my order. Jack answered our call and assured us that we would have the sink by the next Friday, despite all of the problems caused by Hurricane Sandy. Both Jack and his associate, Miri, followed up later with us and checked the status of our order to make sure everything was all OK. Bottom line, thanks to the efforts of Jack and Miri and the professionalism of Quality Bath, our sink arrived save, sound and beatiful in York, ME on Wednesday early afternoon via UPS. Less than one week after I ordered it, despite Sandy! Thank you for "saving the day" for our kitchen. I would definitely order from Quality Bath again - AND their price for the sink was the lowest I could find on the internet, with FREE shipping!!
