This faucet looks great, but it comes with NO installation instructions, no owners manual, nothing. I called CiIfial directly, and their response was that it was assumed that the person installing the faucet would have basic plumbing knowledge. The plumber we hired was offended by that comment! This faucet comes with a million teeny tiny little parts, gaskets and o-rings and little itty bits of plastic. All of the other high-end products we ordered (including other widespread faucets!) came with extensive paperwork, including installation instructions, owners manuals, care instructions, warranty information, how to order replacement parts, etc. This product literally comes with an 8.5x11 sheet of paper with a picture of the faucet. It is a beautiful faucet, but we will not be ordering a Cifial product ever again in the future due to the severe lack of documentation/paperwork and Cifial's lackadaisical approach to customer service. QualityBath was great to work with however, and we would not hesitate to order from them again.
