Heated towel rack order
All aspects of the purchasing and delivery experience went extremely well, the item was competitively priced and honestly presented, communication was also exceptional, status, tracking... I have had no problems to resolve, so can not speak to customer service, the unit will not be opened until Xmas. My impression is that if their corporate attitude is consistent with my observations from the purchase that they will be a pleasure to deal with if there are any issues.
