I purchased several high-end faucet sets from Quality Bath in 2008. It always seems to be a risk ordering from an on-line retailer that one is not familiar with. However, my total experience with Quality Bath went smoothly. Their prices were very competetive and my order was shipped promptly.
As a side note, I did get around to installing one of the faucets until a year later and found that one of the parts was broken. Quality Bath stood behind the product and replaced the broken part quickly and without issue. Thank you, Quality Bath!!
