Sharing a great experience
I bought a BA sink at QualityBath.com. I couldn't think before that I would buy a sink over the internet. But the responsiveness to my questions was excellent and so I felt comfortable doing it. We only installed it 3 months after we received it b/c my contractor was not ready before. We then found a defect.I was able to show the defect by emailing a digital picture of it and got a replacement unit within a week. This was a no-hassle replacement.
