We purchased 2 Blanco sinks and were told that they would ship in 10 days.
I spoke with Dov and explained that our granite was being cut on Friday 6-24. He checked and found the sinks and they were shipped today 6-21 and will arrive here on 6-23, the day before they are needed.
It is a pleasure to find a company with employees that will make the extra effort to help a customer, rather than what seems to have become the norm today and just give a standard answer that requires no thought.
