then problem was that I was buying a new sink to replace my old sink (8 years). the mold was changed and my undercounter mounted sink I was replacing, no longer properly fits the opening. It matches another sink I have installed in the same countertop. I have a poor fit, and it will take alot of money and to fix the problem. new sinks new long countertop. I had hoped someone could provide a solution or a refund. it was not to be.
This product is Bates Ceramic Artistry P1719 Loretta under Counter Lavatory NOT worthy of being installed due to having to replace two of two sinks with one large crack and the other with a dozen hairline cracks that will eventually have to be replaced. Would not recommend any purchase from Bates & Bates since they would not stand behind the product we purchased.
