I had a terrible experience. The specs on this sink are wrong. The sink is actually smaller. I didn’t discover the discrepancy until after I took out the old sink. Now I have a big hole in the bathroom countertop that I’m finding is nearly impossible to fit with any kind of new sink without ripping out thousands of dollars worth of tile. Moral: You cannot trust what these people offer.
I was thrilled to find the exact basin to replace the shattered one, dating from around 1984! And it was shipped and installed whereupon I discovered that the finish is flawed -- the left hand rim is not perfectly smooth -- it shows ripples. For 327 bucks I would have expected a perfect piece. It cost 250 to install -- I'm not changing it.
