I ordered an Artos Denby brushed nickel towel warmer almost 2 years ago. Since our move to a new house was delayed by a year we never tested it until we moved in. We were very disappointed in the product. After speaking with Naomi at Quality Bath and Toby Hill at Artos Westover we were thrilled to receive a new replacement without any hassle. The unit was sent from the manufacturer and it works great. It is wonderful to have a reliable sales company and a very professional production company both who stood behind their product. There is good, honest and quality service still available in this fast paced world. Thank you Artos Westover and Quality Bath. Bruce and Barbara Berger Skillman, New Jersey

We absolutely love our Artos towel warmer. 11/30/2011 Our experience with Quality Bath was exceptional. We ordered our towel warmer over the super bowl weekend for the discount and received it in short time. The finials arrived a few weeks later and Quality Bath continued to notify us on the status of the shipping. We absolutely love our Artos towel warmer ... especially now that mornings are much cooler! The white finish blends nicely with our new white cabinets, carrara marble and Benjamin Moore 'Sterling' painted walls. The finials give it a finished look with just a hint of traditional style that blends well with our cabinetry and mouldings. Artos was excellent at answering all of the questions our electrician had during the installation. From our experience, the only suggestion I could offer for making improvements on the product is to ensure the factory protects the threads on the finials so as to prevent them from being filled with the paint (which made it impossible for ours to be installed without additional work). Fortunately my dad is a Tool and Die Maker and used his skill to carefully remove the paint from the threads without damaging the brass, the neoprene washers and painted finish of the remainder of the finials. He said the amount of paint and the fact it was hard (baked on?) made the threads much larger than that of the original plugs and they would never fit without the paint being removed. As a side note he was impressed with the quality of metal used to manufacture the finials.
