Quality Bath's customer service is the best I've ever experienced when shopping on line. I ordered a number of things for a bathroom remodel & all were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition except a towel warmer that was backordered. When the towel warmer did not arrive, I called & was told they would check with th manufacturer. The towel warmer arrived the next day. That's good service! I highly recommend Quality Bath.
