Skip the runaround, get Quality products and service
We are delighted with our experiences with QualityBath. In all, we have placed seven separate orders for such items as an Aquatic air tub, two Oceana sinks, a Newport Brass handheld shower, and four Hansgrohe faucets. We have been so pleased with our purchases AND with the service we have received. We have all heard horror stories about etailers who charge your card but never ship any merchandise; that old runaround is NOT an aerobic activity, and we did not want to play that game. We found no games at QualityBath but we did score big in terms of savings, service, and satisfaction. Their lead time request form helped us determine availability and projected shipping dates. Only one item was backordered by the manufacturer; we were notified immediately and given the chance to change our order.
