I purchased this tub as part of a large order for a house with 6 bathrooms. The tub was back ordered from American Standard, but the staff at Quality Bath let me know this up front. The tub was delivered as expected on time in perfect condition. I ordered $9,000 of other fixtures and supplies. Throughout the process Quality Bath was there for support. There were a few wrinkles but I would not have gotten better service had I used a local supply house. I would use quality bath again for this type of project.
