I have ordered many thousands of dollars worth of bath items from Quality Bath and I saved a boatload by not going with my local store (Klaff's in CT). That said, I wasn't shorted on customer service as Dov from Quality Bath has handled all of my requests (including the time sensitive ones) with excellent customer service.
